Order processing/ shipping time
We make great efforts to ship quickly and will work hard to get your order out within 24-48 business hours. However, because these are hand crafted items,there may be times when our stock needs replenished and we are delayed in shipping.If this is the case,I will contact you immediately to see how you would like to proceed. Once shipped, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order.
Shipping method
We currently use USPS for our shipping. We reserve the right to ship what ever way we see fit. During summer months, we try to take advantage of priority mail for quick shipping.
Please email us for permission if you are ordering from outside the US.
Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on wax melts or Aroma Oils.It just simply is not feasible for us to accept it back if it is not a scent you like. If there is a problem with scent throw, please contact us! Our overall goal is to make sure that you are a happy customer.
If you have received a broken simmer pot, or it quits working within 3 days of receiving your order, contact us immediately for instructions on returning it.
We are proud of our products and want you to be happy. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We value your business.

If you must cancel your order, please do so promptly! We process and ship your order quickly. Therefore, you must contact us as soon as possible because once it has shipped, we can not cancel your order.
